1. What type of services do you offer?

2. How does the Cloud accounting service work?
In cloud accounting, your business books are maintained in the cloud environment vs. the traditional desktop environment where all the accounting data is stored on a local desktop. The information is encrypted, so only people with the login can view the data. Key benefits include:

3. What accounting software do you use?
We work with QuickBooks/ XERO, Hubdoc (document retrieval and bill management), Teamwork, Wagepoint, ADP, Ceridian, Netsuite, Plooto (Digital payment platform for bill payments), Zoom, Slack, Dext and many more apps.
4. What information is needed to get a price quote?

5. How do you price your services?
We offer customized plans based on your business needs starting from as low as $150 p.m.
You pay a flat monthly fee on the first of every month, and any services outside the fixed scope of work (special projects, etc.) will be billed additionally on an hourly basis after your approval.
6. Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan/change the scope of work?
Our pricing is designed to scale with the size of your business, and if your business changes over time, we will suggest a new plan. We won’t increase your base fee without your approval.
We adapt and work with you, and as your company grows, we can add additional/frequent reporting and other services to meet your needs.
7. Is there any lock-in period?
There is no lock-in period. You pay on a month-to-month basis and can cancel without any penalty simply with two months’ notice.
8. How does the onboarding process look like?
Onboarding is a simple three-step process:
Step 1: Meet the team
Step 2: Sign in to our teamwork portal
Step 3: Share the required access and data files
We set up weekly check-in calls for the first two months to help with the knowledge transfer and stabilize all the accounting processes.
From here onwards, we take responsibility for all the deadlines, including payroll, HST, etc., and you don’t need to worry about them anymore. We don’t expect any business interruptions during this phase.
9. Is my data safe?
We protect your personal information and will not share your information with third parties. All data with which we come into contact will be kept strictly confidential. All company records are locked and encrypted on a secure server encrypted with a strong password. In addition, all employees have been screened and background checks performed. Only staff designated by you can access your company data.
10. What kind of support do you offer?
We will assign a dedicated Accounting Manager/Controller who will get to know you and your business in detail and offer personalized services. You will also have access to our Partner depending on your queries and your pricing plan. You can reach out to us via email, phone, slack, teamwork, or video chat.
11. What is the skill set of the team?
We are a strong team of Bookkeepers, Managers, and Controllers in Canada and abroad with accounting designations and extensive knowledge and experience across domains.
12. What are the operating hours?
Our office is open EST, 9 AM to 5 PM, Monday to Friday. We are closed for Canadian statutory holidays. For urgent queries, we offer support outside business hours too.
